I'm not a game guy, I just passed by by coincidence for a beer and a snack, and found a super cosy place with a pretty varied selection of interesting beers plus the best nut-mix I've ever had in a café. I'm really happy that such a cool place has come to my neighbourhood. You are most welcome

If you like board games Bastard Café is the place. This is a fairly new location, only 7min walk from metro/s-train. The atmosphere is great, less crowded than the downtown location. Games selection is ofc a bit smaller, but have never not been able to get a good quality game. New location also means games are less worn.

A cozy, funky outpost of the iconic Bastard Cafes in Copenhagen! All of their cafes are awesome, but I like this one a lot as a place to work during the day. This location opens early, and it has good wifi, plenty of electrical outlets for laptops, chill music, and darn good coffee. It's also sunny and has some nice outdoor seating for those nice days. If you like boardgames, this is of course a must-visit. It has some games that they don't have in their other locations, and everything is well-organized and maintained by their game volunteers. Definitely one of the best places to work remotely in the city!

The best bar in Nørrebro for board games and good environment! You can come either for breakfast or lunch/dinner, there's different food options and a looot of board games to play with friends or even alone. Service is also exceptional and always ready to help you with either ordering food or finding games. Myself personally I come here almost everyday at some point for some games or just to meet friends. I highly recommend visiting! AND IT IS PET-FRIENDLY!

Spent a few (many) hours at Bastard Café in Copenhagen and had a really good time. I tried a bit of everything—some of their drinks, a food item, and even a hot chocolate—and everything was on point. The hot chocolate was surprisingly good. You can tell they put effort into the basics, not just the board games. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff were friendly and helpful without hovering. It was busy but still well managed, and the vibe stayed casual throughout. It is the kind of place you can go solo or with a group and still feel comfortable either way. Prices are very fair!

I have visited a few boardgames cafe's and this is one of the best. Nice game selection. Friendly people helping new people. It's a really welcoming place which is not often the case. Food is a good mix of snacks between the moves with a good selection of drinks. Important but omitted often. It's clean and the toilets are fresh. Recommend highly.

Super nice and cozy place! I've been a regular at Huset, but since this has opened, I mostly come here with my friends. It's the same concept with a shelf for free games and events going on, and the selection of the games is generous! Oh, and don't forget to check out the art in the bathrooms haha.
